Even without scheduling the first interview, the hr gave me a design task, which I completed. After that, no response from them. I reached out, and then they told me they didn't select my design. It looks like they were collecting free designs, were very specific with the task, and constantly asked for status updates. If it were one of their main tasks, they would probably never complete any task for them, as they likely used ghost positions to get work done.
