At first the experience seemed to be very positive I had two hiring managers call me within a week apart for this Inside Sales position that was a contract position. They both made me feel as if I had the position that I was just going through the interview process as a formality but the job was basically mine. The one Hiring manager told me someone was to contact me in the week with all the information for the next steps to move forward mind you this all started in August. We are in December I still never heard from anyone. I emailed and left messages to both Hiring Managers and they both never responded back. I rather them have told me I wasn’t hired rather then let me feel that I was. I declined another job opportunity because of this company. Very unprofessional, people have lost jobs during the pandemic and hold on to the hope of a job and giving that hope means a lot they shouldn’t be messing with ones emotions like that! Call and tell the person you went with someone else or in a different direction COWARDS!!!!
