Phone call of 45 Mins with the HR (screening) Good discussion about the position. Very clear. After the first interview, reception of an email saying that the process will be delayed and that the HR will come back to me later (no clear answer about next steps or if it is a full stop…). No news for 2 to 3 weeks and then I had to send an email to understand if my application was still considered. No responses until 4 days after to say that the hiring manager was doing an offer to a final candidate. I am very disappointed about this process and the image given by this company in the hiring process.
