      QA Engineer Interview

      Application

I interviewed at Ultralytics (London, England)

      Interview

I reached the behavioral interview, where we spent about 20 minutes. I was asked to introduce myself and had 2-3 questions. After that, the interviewer said they were done from their side, and within 10-30 minutes after the meeting ended, I got a rejection saying they evaluated me as a junior while they need a senior specialist. I don't quite understand how they assessed my skills without asking any technical questions, but I don't think that's a good sign for the company. The biggest red flag though, is that they expect you to be available 24/7 since you'll most definitely have to work weekends and more than 8 hours.
