Interview

Interview
I had a phone interview with three representatives of URS including the HR rep. They asked good questions relative to the position.
I was then offered a second interview in person. All contact was made via email. I interviewed in person with the same 3 representative but the HR person was on the phone.
They interviewed with what I believe were fair interview questions. I do feel they were trying to see of I had children that may interfere with work attendance, something I don't feel they would have asked a man!

Interview
Phone calls to set up phone interview, it was over a couple weeks. I was asked to go over my background in engineering and some specific questions about my training were addressed. The person who would be my boss did not seem into team cohesion but more focused on individual performance which was unlike my undergrad project experience.
