I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Unique Management Services
Interview
I had a phone interview that felt quite old-school. I was contacted right on time, but instead of the scheduled interviewer, Kayleen, an older man named "Kenes" interviewed without disclosing his job title. There was also a woman on the line who didn't speak at all. The interview lasted only 15 minutes, during which I was asked a few housekeeping questions and then STAR (Situation, Task, Action, Result) questions. Typically, after an initial phone screen, you have an idea if you're moving forward in the process, but in this case, I was told they would be interviewing through the next day and would let me know either way. However, I wasn't informed about the next steps in the process.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Unique Management Services (Jeffersonville, IN) in Nov 2020
Interview
The interview process was very easy. First interview with HR to get information about work history. Second interview with manager to discuss the job and learn more. Overall very simplistic.

I applied online. I interviewed at Unique Management Services (Lafayette, LA) in Nov 2021
Interview
One phone call. The interviewer asked questions about my experience etc. I asked them a few questions about the company. I received an email stating that I didn’t get the job. No reason why.
