I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Unison Media (New York, NY) in Feb 2023
Interview
I went through two virtual interviews, one of which was with the CEO. It was a very straightforward interview process - light, casual, friendly. However, even though said they were looking to move fast, I was disappointed to have had months go without hearing from the company. I’ve worked in hiring before and ghosting candidates is not how you treat people.

Hi there, we apologize for not following up! We ended up changing the scope of the position after meeting with a number of candidates and took a different direction. We appreciate your feedback and will do our best to improve in the future!
I applied online. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at Unison Media (New York, NY) in Jan 2022
Interview
Took 5 months. Applied in Jan, was first told that they liked my experience, then was told in my first interview that I didn't have enough experience despite the position posting being entry level, and no required length of experience was specified. And I did have at least a year of experience. I was recommended for an apprenticeship that would bring me into the position. I settled for that. My final interview took place less than two weeks before I was to start the apprenticeship. I was informed that they closed the program and to reach out in another 6 months. I needed this as credit for my graduate program aswell.
After applying online, I had a phone call interview going over brief logistics on my background as a designer and within the music industry, as well as their expectations on the role. Overall, it was not a tough interview and was pretty casual; I ended up speaking to the CEO as well as talent manager.
