I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at United Airlines (Houston, TX) in Apr 2016
Interview
I completed their online interview and thought I had completely BOMBED it. I knew it was horrible. Two alarms went off in the background in the middle of my answer, and then on another question the phone started ringing and then the person left a message on my recorder! It was a trainwreck but I just kept talking and pretended it didn't phase me. Somehow, they still invited my to a F2F in Houston (I leave tomorrow for the interview!) and it was a very quick process.. maybe 3 hours later I got that email.

Interview
First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
It started with the Assessment, followed by 8 video questions, and then the video interview. The in person final interview I am waiting for. They said I would know in 2-5 business days.
