I applied online. I interviewed at United Airlines (Chicago, IL) in Mar 2017
Interview
Interview was conducted at a hotel, business casual attire, they give you a preview what to expect on the position your applying for, first come first serve on the interview. But it doesnt take that long. I was interviewed by a nice lady who flew from different state to help United ORD hiring new talents. They have a format about 6-8 questions but answers are all based on our working life experience. Its a plus if you have managing experience in the past. Then they will grade you 1-5 i think 5 is the perfect score. Then they let you know if you pass the interview and walk you to another room to set up medicals and requirements. Then from there its all email, scanning paperwork then they will call you for your training date.
