4-5 stages depending on the department you have applied for. 1. After submitting your resume, the HR will schedule your call with recruiter from United Airlines, Chicago(Headquarters). The call was more about the walk-through of your resume, explaining why you applied for this position and basic HR questions. The response was positive and they informed me that the India Team will contact for further process. 2. After 2 weeks, the HR from India Team scheduled a face to face interview at the Gurgaon Office. The 1st round, the interviewers were from the Chicago Team, Scott and Grace(if I remember correctly). This round was more of behavioral where they asked me typical questions like Tell us a situation when you made a mistake that impacted your work and how did you rectify it. Both of them were supportive during the whole process, helped me in situations where I fumbled. 2. After that was the Excel Test of 1 hour. The Test was pretty simple for those who know the basics of Excel. 3. The next round was with the senior analyst. This round was also behavioral. She asked me about the feedback of the process. 4. Last Face to face was with the HR, where she asked me about the expectations of salary, where I live, how soon I can join etc. She informed me that the assessment is complete and she will inform me about the result in the next 3-4 business days. 5. After 3 days, I got a call that there is another round of interview with the Manager of the team. This round was also behavioral where she emphasized more on my soft skills rather than technical skills. And then finally after 2 weeks, I got the mail that I am selected for the position.

The interview process was very smooth and spanned around 1.5 months as I applied off campus through cold mailing. I had three rounds - one technical , one offshore manager which was from US and on senior manager from India only They asked questions around SQL, case studies and guestimates
