I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at United Airlines (Houston, TX) in Apr 2022
Interview
Applied back in January. Got an email the first week of April with an invitation to interview face to face in Houston. First they do an introduction and slideshow of their company and the position. Then we get split off into groups to participate in setting up a “bar cart”. You’re given some challenges throughout and asked questions pertaining to your groups performance. Then you return to a room to regroup with everyone where people are called one by one to interview individually. The interviewer will ask about 8 situational questions. I was then escorted to an elevator to depart and reminded twice to wait for an email to hear back from them.

First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
