I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at United Airlines (Houston, TX) in Apr 2015
Interview
Interviews are held at a hotel in Houston. Be on guard and mind your p's and q's from the moment you step foot on to the grounds of the hotel. You meet and mingle with all who are waiting for the same interviews as you. You are ushered into a room with 40+ other hopefuls and one by one turn your resumes in and get a name tag. A video/slideshow ensues while people are answering any and all questions you may have.
A 1:1 is conducted in a room with recruiters/flight attendants. They ask you about yourself, your skills and why you think you'd make a good fit for their company. They will also ask you to read a prompt to "make sure you can read".

Question 1

I applied online. I interviewed at United Airlines (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
It started with the Assessment, followed by 8 video questions, and then the video interview. The in person final interview I am waiting for. They said I would know in 2-5 business days.
