Went Very quickly, not to many candidates, I did notice that everyone who got a second interview were all prior or current flight attendants. The interviewers were friendly but it was hard to know exactly what they were looking for, But all the questions are listed on Glassdoor.

What would you do if a customer wouldn't shut off his laptop for take off
It started with the Assessment, followed by 8 video questions, and then the video interview. The in person final interview I am waiting for. They said I would know in 2-5 business days.

Did the assessment, completed some tax survey, submitted odvi, got invited to the virtual interview with recruiter Friday so hopefully I do well and forward with the f2f and ultimately end up with a cjo

Its a multi-step interview process. First a resume submission and a questionnaire, then a pre-recorded interview with a few questions. I was asked this during the pre-recorded interview. Waiting for my live virtual interview!
