Zoom interview. 2 interviewers, wanted it to be like a conversation rather than a strict interview. Questions were “behavioral” and they told you what they were looking for. Overall not too difficult and they were helpful in explaining the questions.

What is a mistake you have made and how did you rectify it?
Easy Hirevue through their own platform then invited to a Zoom interview with the team, pretty standard. Really quick response time and overall an good experience. HR seems to be really on top of the timeline.
The interview itself was well organized, and I had a great time talking to the people who were actually involved with the tasks. HR seems to be a little disorganized though.

Quick 1 interview process with many behavioral questions. I liked that they had already reviewed my portfolio and resume so that we could just have a conversation. It was a great interview but with tough behavioral questions that Im glad I prepared for. Definitely not questions you could make up answers to.
