I got invited to do the hire view interview, it's about 5-6 questions. I think some of the time they change the questions because I saw a review here that said it would be a specific 5 but they were completely different. Overall, studying the questions that are posted here ARE EXTREMELY beneficial. I got passed the awkward video questions and got invited to attend a f2f interview at San Francisco. They tell you to call a number to make a reservation but I called about 50 times because they were so busy with other calls. I finally got through, made my appt. San Fran airport is a little confusing, especially trying to find the where the interviews are located. Make sure to ask people, and leave as early as possible. I was one of the first to arrive, like everyone said, make SURE you talk to everyone. Being social and talking to people are beneficial in that it makes you look awesome to recruiters and it releases the nerves. I met some great and funny people. While in the room waiting for everything to begin, they are looking at you. I was shocked to see people sitting by themselves on their phone. Don't be that person! Also, make sure you dress the part, look like a flight attendant. Look clean and wear a suit. All the recruiters were sooo nice. I was so nervous and prepared all night, but the recruiters along with the group you're with definitely takes the nerve away. I finally got called in for f2f, she asked me about 7 questions and made me role play with her and scenario in which a fellow flight attendant wasn't doing their job. Asked common misconception, upset customer, tell me about yourself, why do you want to be a flight attendant. And Everything that's posted on here is spot on I'm just adding things. At the end of the interview she asks if I have an questions for her, make sure you have some ready! This is the part where you can break down the shell a little. I was then escorted out and she showed me where the bus was, I thought I was done for but then she turned the corner and invited me to another room. This is great, this means you've on.i waited with about 2 candidates, then got brought into a room with the higher ups. A little intimidating but just focus and keep calm and answer honestly. They ended up offering me to training, I was so realieved that all my hard work paid off. I was so shocked that most candidates I met didn't even know what glass door was! This site is the best thing I've ever seen on the web and extremely helpful. If you study all the questions you're in. Excited to start training August 16, if that is your date as well, let me know!
