I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at United Airlines in Jul 2015
Interview
I applied to United on Monday/Tuesday. They emailed me Wednesday offering a video interview. I did all the research I could do and did the interview on Friday. It honestly wasn't hard at all, but my nerves did get the best of me on the first two questions. I barely finished answering them, I froze and got quiet a lot to gather my thoughts, but by the 3rd question my nerves were gone and I finished answering the other questions really well. I know I may have ruined my chances with this great airline, but overall it was a great learning experience. I didn't realize how bad I wanted the job until now, haha. I'll be finding out next week what they decide and I'm hoping they will give me a chance despite my shaky interview. We shall see. By the way, all the questions on glassdoor are spot on! :)
It started with the Assessment, followed by 8 video questions, and then the video interview. The in person final interview I am waiting for. They said I would know in 2-5 business days.

Question 1
Steps you will take to ensure you are successful at training
Its a multi-step interview process. First a resume submission and a questionnaire, then a pre-recorded interview with a few questions. I was asked this during the pre-recorded interview. Waiting for my live virtual interview!
