I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at United Airlines in Aug 2015
Interview
I applied online through a job recruitment website. The next day I received an email inviting me to do a video interview. It was an odd interview because you're not doing the interview with a person, you are just answering a couple of questions and submitting in your response. They give you 5 days to do that and I did it on my 3rd day, I received an email inviting me to a f2f interview about 2 days later and I do that sometime this week. For the video interview just answer some of the practice questions and remain as confident as possible, try to smile also.

Question 1
Is there anything you would like United to know about you?
I applied online. I interviewed at United Airlines (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
It started with the Assessment, followed by 8 video questions, and then the video interview. The in person final interview I am waiting for. They said I would know in 2-5 business days.
