I applied on line, was invited to do a hireve interview shortly after, which I did. In a few days I recieved another email saying I was selected for a f2f inyerview. I had to cal a number and establish the day of my interview it was about two weeks out, I arrived at airport and met other canidates in the designated area, There wer about 24 . We were taken to another building for the interview via shuttle. We first had an information session and questions were answered, Next current flight attendants began taking us out and doing a one on one interview. She wrote alot down while I answered, Some of us were taken to another room after these interviews, Everyone was very kind and polite and professional to this point. I felt the process was very long but good. Apparently some were dismissed after that first interview. Canidates that had to fly back home went thru the process of first and second interviews first and were finished earlier than those who had traveled by car It was a long day. I was the later and it was afternoon before I was taken to the one on two interview., Nobody had lunch and I felt that the intrview process must have been long for those doing the interviews too. When I went to the second interview I was truly caught off guard . I felt like I was being personally attacked. The one interviewer seemed almost mean and sort of complained about the benefits that came along with my last job. I was truly taken back and not sure what to say. She did not really ask me a question and I did not know what to say. I believe I ddi very well up to that point and might have been sent thru by another person. Not sure what really happened but I was not prepared for the demeanor of this iinterviewer. I answered questions honestly but felt she had something against my previous profession. Both of these interviewers seemed to be spent by the process and ready to be done. I do not feel this was to my advantage. I saw some of the canidates waiting to be drug tested as I left and felt heart sick knowing I was not selected.
