I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at United Airlines (Houston, TX) in Oct 2023
Interview
The interview process is interesting. You will have a one on one interview with a few questions that are situational and then they will tell you to introduce yourself. Then you'll fly to headquarters and that's the face to face. You will go through a long day. Starting off with a group talking about a time you helped the community. Then you'll do a group activity. Then a one on one.

First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
