Applied for the FA position online. Same week was asked to do an assessment test. A week later was invited to Houston for a face to face interview. He company provides air travel you are responsible for the hotel accommodations. It's required you fly in he day before the interview. Arrive early to the interview, professional dress is recommended. They call you one by one with FA recruiters.

First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .

Did the assessment, completed some tax survey, submitted odvi, got invited to the virtual interview with recruiter Friday so hopefully I do well and forward with the f2f and ultimately end up with a cjo
