I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at United Airlines (Houston, TX) in Oct 2015
Interview
I just got an email that I will be having face-to face interview in Houston! I did my video interview a week ago, and I got a respond from United Airlines that they want to have a interview. The video interview was not so hard as I was able to find all the expected questions from glassdoor! They ask you total 6 questions, each of them for 3 minutes and preparation time for 30 seconds. I am excited for the interview next week but worried! Wonder what kind of questions they would ask me!

First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
