I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at United Airlines (Houston, TX) in Oct 2015
Interview
I just finished the HireVue video interview portion of the interview process and answered the 6 questions below. It was more painless than I expected, but I have to admit, I was very appreciative to have read each of these reviews first! It helped immensely! Now, it's time to wait and see. I feel I did pretty average on the video interview itself. I definitely wasn't perfect!! Probably said "Um" WAYYY too much. I will try to update this review, regarding whether or not I get a f2f interview and/or the job.

I applied online. I interviewed at United Airlines (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
It started with the Assessment, followed by 8 video questions, and then the video interview. The in person final interview I am waiting for. They said I would know in 2-5 business days.
