The manager gave an efficient breakdown of the role (inside the flight attendant training department). They ask STAR questions, give a moment for you to advocate yourself for the position, and asked for proficiency in microsoft products, adobe products, and Articulate 360. I don't know yet if I was the winning candidate out of their choices, but I think I excelled the interview when considering the 3 year length of my career is as long as possible for a professional in my twenties. (additional note: It was highlighted as important to look the role and fit with the United brand)
