I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at United Airlines (Newark, NJ) in Nov 2015
Interview
Applying Online, after 2 days Video Interview invitation, after 3 days got contact for 1(2) to 1 interview appointment.
Some review of glassdoor is accurate, some review is not so real.
I had only structure questions regarding only customer service. It's difficult to answer for the peoples don't have real customer service job experience. No questions for personal achievement for all of the career except customer service, why FA nor why UA.
At the beginning of the interview, the senior FA interviewer asked me like "what type of customer service have you worked for?" I answered honestly that "I don't have specific customer service position experience..", and I tried speaking him my job experience is similar with customer service.. But I noticed his face was changed after the moment..
He tried starting the interview normally and also I tried being myself and smile.
While interview, I noticed his behavior is already fake, his mind was not there, but it took about 40 mins.
I realized it was over while the interview.
