Interview
The process took me a few months. I took an online assessment and then was invited to do an on-demand video interview with a recruiter. Then if you pass that interview they send you to Houston for a face to face. The face to face lasted all day. I got there at 8:30ish and didn't leave until 5ish. Everyone is watching you! Make sure you smile and talk to everyone!!

Interview
First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
It started with the Assessment, followed by 8 video questions, and then the video interview. The in person final interview I am waiting for. They said I would know in 2-5 business days.
