The interview process is relatively quick compared to other airlines. I applied dec 27, received an invitation for the online video interview on dec 29. They give you 5 days to complete the interview. I completed mine on dec 30. (remember to dress as a flight attendant would for your interview). On Jan 4, i received the email inviting me to the F2F interview ! They gave me the option to fly to Houston or Newark so I chose Houston. My interview is scheduled for Jan 15. I am extremely excited. I would definitely advise that you read through other candidates' reviews because they helped me tremendously. All the questions they posted are accurate. Take your time to prepare your responses and practice practice practice! You wouldn't believe how hard it is to impress a computer screen. If you have a webcam on your laptop, practice your responses and record yourself so you can see what you'll look and sound like. Make sure you have good lighting and a professional background (no toys, clothes, etc on the floor behind you). Remember to smile and be yourself! Ill update you all after next Friday!
