I applied online. I interviewed at United Airlines in Jan 2016
Interview
I applied online Jan 6th, received my email to do the video interview Jan 9th, completed video interview Jan 11th. Hoping to get a f2f email soon! I studied the questions for the video interview that are posted on this site. I studied a lot by watching youtube videos, videoing myself to check my posture, appearance, and voice levels. I used the hirevue app on my iPad and it worked great. Make sure you have proper lighting! I had the perfect lighting set up and I was so obsessed with studying that I had to find a whole new spot in the house since the natural sunlight was gone. Definitely use the practice option when you start! I must've used the practice option dozens of times and it paid off because I felt so comfortable. Smile, act naturally, and practice your answers. It went so quickly and I was done in no time and felt good about my responses. If you're used to video chatting, this process is a breeze. I chose "no offer" since I am still waiting to hear back. Hopeful! I will list the questions I can remember.
