Interview
3 reasons why we should hire you
A time when it was challenging to remain friendly
A time you had to use a new policy or rule
A stressful/conflict situation with a coworker
A time you wish you had done differently
A misconception others might have about you
Why is diversity important and a time you experienced it
What would you do if a coworker was refusing to do work or not pulling their weight
They also ask you to read an announcement verbatim
What do you know about reserve
Are you willing to relocate
What do you know about United
Interview went like this: meet in the room. They will ask you to bring your resume with you to give to them and they confirm your flight home. Then it's a power point presentation about the company followed by a q&a.
Then people are pulled out one at a time by recruiting 2 flight attendants.
They'll take you to a room where they'll do your interview. If they like you they will tell you to come back for a second interview (on the same day).
When I got back to the second interview there were 5 out of 30 of us who had made the cut. We then did a second interview with 2 hr reps. The questions are exactly the same. Then you go to the airport and fly home. I got an email a week later inviting me to training so they didn't fingerprint or tell me the day of interview if they were going to hire me though they do that sometimes too. I think it just depends on where your interview is since they do it in a couple locations.

Interview
First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
It started with the Assessment, followed by 8 video questions, and then the video interview. The in person final interview I am waiting for. They said I would know in 2-5 business days.
