Recruited by phone, then three interviews:
First - group interview with lab supervisors, manufacturing manager, and HR (mine had 11 people interviewing but I've heard they've been as small as 3)
Second - individual interview with HR and consultant
Third - individual interview with manufacturing manager

Interview
1st: one interviewer vs. 6 applicants that are all going for the same position
Overall, easy interview with the HR person.
2nd: 3 interviewers vs. 1 applicant
Bogus questions for the position that you're applying for. Interviewers were not pleasant. I wanted to walk out halfway through the interview, but I didn't of course.
