I applied online. I interviewed at UnitedHealth Group (Minneapolis, MN) in Sept 2020
Interview
The timeline was something like this. I applied Aug 25th. On Aug 28th, I was invited to complete a video self-interview and did not complete it until Aug 31st. On Sep 11th I was invited to do a phone interview with the hiring manager on Sep 14th. On Sep 21st I was notified that I got the position and potentially will start Oct 5th. The interview process was much lengthier than most places that I have interviewed with. Many times I felt like I did not get the job due to the time it took to get back to me but, overall, it was a very positive experience. The HR recruiter and the hiring manager were all very friendly and fun to talk with. It was a casual interview-like process which I very much enjoyed.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at UnitedHealth Group
Interview
Simple enough interview. The recruiter could have been better; it seemed like they drug their feet at times, or would give me good news and then be on PTO. So a lot of waiting...

Interview
1st interview is video with multiple tries. Std interview questions. 3 minutes to answer each question. 2nd interview on Teams. Mostly behavioral or situational questions. Know your facts about the company. Interviewer was very relaxed which helped me to relax

Question 1
Tell me about a time a group project did not go as planned and what you did to make it better.
It was pretty easy and straightforward. I was interviewed through an agency. However , I was not happy with the salary benefits offered so I did not accept the offer. I was offered a better salary at a public firm.
