First phone interview was with Talent Acquisition manager, who was very friendly and helpful. Based on what I thought was a successful conversation I was then booked for an in person interview with one of the department's executives. Also had what I thought was a good interview but then, despite numerous emails, did not hear back from the executive ever, and received a canned email then a more friendly email from the Talent Acquisition manager about 3 months later telling me they'd hired someone else.
