Two rounds, 1 phone screen and 1 virtual interview. Phone screen around 30 min and virtual interview about 45 min. Most of the questions are behavioral questions, assessing communication skills and sales skills.

Interview
1st: HR interview, asked basic questions like background, 30 minutes
2st: VP and manager of BDA interview, in person, asked more detailed questions and discussed about a case, 1 hour
basic questions in the first round of phone calls about behavioral questions, ask about your background, experience in sales, why you think you could fit in the position, and your career goal.
I didn't get the offer. Interviewed with the hiring manager for about 30 mins. Some basics questions like how to deal with cold calls, and how to follow up to get more information from the business.
