Upfront (IL) interview questions

I had 3 rounds of interviews, an introductory call, a technical round, and panel interviews with multiple team members. The turnaround time was horrible, with 1 month gap between rounds.

Three rounds. Super easy. However, the time between interviews was pathetic. This company does not have a long-term outlook. One of the interviewers even said, we are "waiting to be bought". Their Teams is not configured properly - watch out. For a "tech" company I was not impressed with their HR Process. It lacked depth and the use of professional standards. Overall, there's a big facade here. Be CAREFUL.
