I applied and was contacted for a phone interview. In the scheduled time, they never called me, and when I emailed to follow up they informed me there was no longer a position. I understand that they no longer needed me in that role, but I wish that they had informed me ahead of time so I didn't waste my time preparing and waiting for a phone call that wasn't coming.
