I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Uptime (Tartu) in Feb 2023
Interview
A few days after sending my application, had an initial interview with HR. During that I found out that they had already hired a person for that position. So it wasn't really much of a surprise when they got back to me after a week to say that they don't currently have a job for me.

Question 1
Just generic questions about my background and experience.
Did a video interview with HR. Standard job interview question about work experience and salary expectations. Then (obviously), even though I have a github portfolio with public code, came the take-home assignment.
It was an entire web-app (call it MVP) and it took me roughly 12 hours to complete. About a week later, I got an email with a rejection and no feedback on what was wrong with my code or where could I improve.

How many years of professional experience do you have?
I applied online. I interviewed at Uptime in Sept 2020
Interview
1st stage went smoothly, had a nice conversation with HR, then I was asked to do a test project.
Once I was done, I sent the email with the repo link and project link, didn't get a response, it's been over 8 days now. Could have responded that they received it and are reviewing it or at the very least that I didn't make it.

They asked for my expected salary, previous experience, all that basic stuff.
