he interview process at Doggy Daycare was unlike any other I’ve experienced. It was an incredibly hands-on experience with less emphasis on verbal Q&As and more on direct interaction with the dogs. The first part of the interview puts you in the yard to see how you engage with the dogs, gauging your comfort and skill in managing a yard full of daycare dogs. This practical test was quite enlightening and fitting for a role that requires so much hands-on work. Following this, there was a brief discussion to understand my background with dogs and my comfort level around them. However, the key takeaway is to be prepared for a practical, hands-on interview. This is not a role or interview where you can rely on words alone.
