Utmost Empire interview questions

When you get there is a small office with three different companies signs in the door. The people at the front desk is nice, they are the same that interview you. They give you a form to complete, in which they base the interview. They ask you what music you like. Then you go into the office, the interviewer ask you how many days you can work for them. It look like haven't ridden my CV. Though it says no experience they want to know why you applied with out it. There's no basic pay, only commissions. They said all Aussi Marketing Companies work that way (I knew it wasn't true) and that the reason for this is so inexperienced people can do the job and on behalf of their clients. Finally told me that if I was selected for a second interview, a final one, it would be groupal and it would take around 4 hs. Exactly the same I read on a review about McAleer Enterprise. I am not looking for them to call me for the second interview.
