Initial phone interview, followed by an especially long online assessment. In person interview was a group interview lasting over 4 hours with group projects ( which coincidentally requires all the girls interviewing to crawl on the floor in their dresses) followed by role playing and in person interview with 3 different people and typical condescending pharma questions. After all this they have more phone interviews the following week to narrow down the top 2. Entire process took almost a month.
