VCMT Analyst interview questions

Very unprofessional. I was called up without warning and asked questions completely unrelated to the commodity's business. When the interviewer heard that I was a female, he started asking me questions along the lines of "how would a woman react in situation X?" My only advice is don't bother with this firm. As the other reviews suggest, its a very fishy place to work.
