VCMT Spring interview questions

Interviewer was respectful, interested and really wanted to understand my personality. I feel they are seeking students who can become potential traders regardless of degree background which I really liked. Questions were aimed at identifying passion for trading, ability to handle stress and an understanding of energy trading. Overall a great experience, involving a phone interview and even my first in-person interviewer which not many firms do for Spring Weeks! Very enjoyable experience, despite being challenging.
