The interview process consisted of the following: phone and virtual interview processes. First a phone screen with the recruiter then a Teams meeting with the hiring manager from the region.
Very simple: Gave a brief overview of the company and the role descriptions. Just asked background and why I would want to be part of the company. Also, asked why I should be hired and what makes me stand out

Positive and comfortable environment. All questions asked and explained the job roles, salary, expectations. The questions was asked, what do you contribute to the job your applying to, what makes you a great nurse, rewarding / hard day to get through your job.
