Phone Interview- The woman I talked to was very friendly and followed up with an email to list the next steps I needed to take. She was very friendly and made me feel comfertable talking to her. She briefly talked to me about the hiring process and the inside sales training location in Austin, Texas.

I applied online and a recruiter contacted me to schedule a phone screen. Upon receiving great feedback and plans to move forward to next steps the recruiter went dark. I politely followed up via email asking for feedback but never heard back.

Interview
I did two interviews already, and they let me know that there were probably at a minimum two more interviews to go including one onsite. This seems like a LOT of interviews and with so many interviews just to get the job I am really worried about just how many layers of bureaucracy this place is going to have.

They asked me several questions about my opinions on working remote vs onsite. The impression that it left me with is they are trying to get back fully onsite for inside sales.
