The interview process was very simple and straightforward, my interview called to schedule the interview and she arrived on time and the whole process was very easy and friendly, it was more of a chat about previous experience.
It was really interactive.

Interview
I reached out to VSA by phone, enquiring about a career day that had at Castle Street but I'd missed. Spoke to a lovely lady from HR who asked me a few general questions and then booked me for a longer zoom interview later in the week. This is a career change for me so the lady asked me questions regarding my want for changing careers and what I would bring to the role etc. Interview was about 30 minutes and heard back within a few days with a job offer.

Interview
I had an interview with 2 managers. They were both very friendly and shared plenty information about the role and the service provided which was excellent. Lots of questions were asked along with scenario situations. I thought the interview process was a bit difficult in terms of picking out aspects of my career to highlight for relevant situations but I appreciate why the interview process should be so complex due to the roles specified requirements. I haven’t heard back yet but I am hopeful to get this job
