Interview
An initial interview that includes a casual chat, questions about strengths and a roleplay (information given prior). Followed by a cultural interview that invovles a breif chat and some very basic questions with employees from other teams.
Lengthy but valuable and transparent. It is 3 round process with managers and team members. They are big on beating a cultural fit, it’s a young office so this makes sense.
First round was a phone screen with talent partner. It was nice and friendly.
The virtual interview is around 45mins including a phone pitch.
Got a rejection after 48 hours and the feedback is very strange. They were saying that I got rejected due to flat tonality during my phone pitch however that is not true. They were very cautious that I said that I was unable to achieve target at beginning of my previous role. looks like this company does not tolerate any learning process which is so wrong.
