2 rounds. 1 with senior staff and 1 with Anuj (CEO).
Both rounds were a joke. Anuj kept emphasising on what’s wrong with this generation and hates the attrition, but after speaking to current and past employees I found out he’s the reason why people leave, due to his compulsive micromanagement and bad work ethics.
The contract I got seemed like a life sentence bond rather than a job offer, with so many clauses which are unheard off.
I recollect a clause being if you decide to leave, you’ve to serve notice period and pay them a sum back for your training( which doesn’t even exist)
The HR will keep pushing you to to join explaining how all this is normal. But it really isn’t.
And the office is a tiny toxic space, which when asked to visit before accepting the offer, they put right rejected, saying once you become employee then only can you come here.
The job says it needs CFA, but your degree is going to go waste here, cause you won’t be doing anything like that.
