      I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Van Oirschot (Herentals) in Mar 2024

      Ondanks de eerdere positieve bevestiging van mijn aanstelling, werd ik verrast door de mededeling van het interimkantoor dat er toch nog een derde gesprek zou plaatsvinden, ditmaal met de CEO. In dit gesprek werden opnieuw dezelfde vragen gesteld als tijdens het eerste en 2de gesprek. Opvallend was dat hoewel aanvankelijk frans slechts als een plusplunt werd beschouwd volgens de vacature, het nu plotseling als een essentiële vereiste werd benadrukt om de functie te kunnen vervullen.
