Van Sport interview questions

The interview process was a two stage one. The first stage was with operation manager. It stared with the manager talking about the company, explaining the mission, long term goals and even company financial performance. There was lots of questions about experience listed on the CV. The atmosphere was friendly and informal. Second stage was with HR department to finalize salary and other company benefits.
