Initially I had a phone interview with one of the regional sales directors. I was then invited to an interview with the sales leadership team. A day after the in person interview a call was set up with the VP of sales for a short phone interview. By the end of that day I got an offer for the position.

Four rounds of interviews on teams! All interviewers are sales managers/company executives with different styles of asking questions. Be personable, know the company products, and sell yourself and you’ll be fine! Great company and people. Answer questions in STAR format

Interview
5 interviews with 6 different people over the span of a month and a half. It seemed to be going well, had great conversations with some of my interviewers, and an offer was teased in later interviews. I was ghosted after my final interview, with my three follow up emails going unanswered. To be strung along for weeks without any resolution is beyond disrespectful. I wouldn’t recommend Vanda to anyone, nor would I work there if now given the opportunity.
