I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Vanguard (Malvern, PA) in Mar 2012
Interview
A recruiter contacted me and we set up a time for a phone interview. The phone interview question's followed the S.T.A.R. format to the 't'. Very situational and behavioral based. The phone interview intself was very lengthy, I thought. After the phone interview I was invited to 'main campus' for a 1:1 interview. The 1:1 interview questions were almost all the same as the phone interview questions. I stated this interview came through a employee referral; just fyi: I get a sense that the company itself is a beaucratic organization. Nonetheless, it's a great place to work, they really want their employeee's to succeed.
