Was hired for a contract position. Brought to the interview in a bit of a rush as someone was leaving their job and a replacement was required to fill their post. I had little time to prepare for the interview and was less than an exact match for the role but had most of the sought qualifications. I also had no corporate experience which didn't hurt the interview but was largely responsible for not maintaining a successful position for long.
